This is a really nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We were able to enjoy our last bottle of wine in the lobby area that was clean and well stocked with needed cups, ice and napkins.

Place was very comfortable to stay. Very reasonable priced. The food boy thing they can work on is having another attendant at the desk, they have 3 people at the desk most of the time and only one helping.

I loved the property and their staff. complimentary water would have been a plus, there was none. Continental breakfast was great, but their silverware and cups for coffee were so flimsy, doesn't go with how nice the property looks. on a positive note besides that it was a great stay and price was good too.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. This place was amazing and the cleanest I’ve stayed in close to Guadalajara airport. We had a total of 3 rooms for our family members and each was spacious and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and even put my food in their refrigerators and freezers before flying out. I highly recommend it.
