The hotel was amazing and super clean all the time! Everywhere you walked it always smelled like beautiful and fresh flowers. It’s also very convenient since it’s right next to the cathedral and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.

They don’t answer the ph. I called 3 days before to ck in early and for pick up from the airport. They were not accommodating to ck in early, they said they’d pick us up for $30 but they never showed up. Then they charged me $50 for ck in at 830am. The halls smell, our bathroom smelled, we got dirty towels that smelled like urine!!!! Ubers can’t find the hotel, surrounding area is dirty and safety is questionable

I was very happy with my stay here. The location just off the zocalo was unbeatable as were the views from the 7th floor restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and daily included breakfast was amazingly good. Would definitely return.
