Problems with the hotel itself, needs a lot of maintenance, elevators didn’t work for 2 nights they made us take the stairs. They’re was 28 floors if I’m not mistaken. I had to go up 20 on my case. Not offer water and wanted us to pay I ask if they could be comp due to the issue cause by the hotel. They said “no, just pay the water”

This place was amazing. The service was outstanding. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at Hard Rock in the states different locations and this was one of the superiors. The bar at the lobby had live music on saturdays and it was an amazing experience. I would stay again.
