The hotel is in the middle of the airport so no access by car. The new car park is about 300 meters walk to the hotel and there are NO TROLLYS. The airport has banned them, we had 6 very large pieces of luggage between 2 people and there was no way to get them from the car park to the hotel. The hotel refused to lend us their luggage trolly saying it was not allowed to leave the premises it was an absolute nightmare, no help from staff whatsoever.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room service food at night was not good and expensive for what it was. The breakfast buffet, however, was good. No creamer or sugar for the room coffee but they did deliver it promptly with a phone call.

Third time staying since they opened the property and for being brand name of Hilton properties the they should change all bathrooms linen. ( Really cheap and ruff towels) I've stayed in other hotels at a lower level in price and the lines are a lot nicer and softer. So for what customers get charged at least the linens should feel better. When drying your face it feels like sand paper.

It was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn and all I can say is that it was simply the best decision made on our last day of our trip. They are doing major construction on the road headed to the airport which can take hours to arrive somewhere so we de used we don’t want to have to wake up extra early and potentially still miss our flight. So we stayed for one night at Hilton Garden Inn to wake up the next day to catch our flight back home. It was so convenient to wake up, get ready and head down to our terminal to catch our flight. Will definitely be doing this more often. All staff were super friendly! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!
