El hotel se mira muy bien. Pero el cuarto estaba sucio. La cama tenía lo que parecía bello, no cabello bello. Y la neta si estuvo sad. Además, una almohada estaba bien manchada. Y no hay una colchita pa taparse el frío.

The hotel is just like it appears in the photos. Very beautiful and modern. The room was comfortable, but the smell of the pipes in the room was terrible. Also, in the mornings, the water came out brown. That’s my only concern about the Daly Hotel.

Great location, easy short walk to the Catedral, plaza tapatia, mercado corona, mercado libertad, short uber ride to Chapultepec. It has a beautiful lobby, security box, we will definitely come back and recommend it.

It took a while to check in as they were having issues with the computer? When they checked us in, the room had different towels. They state that they have 24 room service and we called and said it was a 45 minute wait, we accepted but after an hour we called and they had not put it in for the kitchen to make, I went downstairs to see if they just serve it, but they insisted that they would deliver it, after the 2nd hours, we had to go downstairs and ask once more. The cook was alone taking orders and cooking. We heard him making food and once he brought it, it was overcooked/ burned. The experience was not good, but we wanted to be positive it the next day, the cleaning had not begun until 3pm. I don’t think this location should be a VIP. The lack of customer service is not there and we got a voucher for what should of been wine and we were told we could only get lemonade. I would not recommend

Stayed here and accidentally left the door to the restroom in the room locked. I notified reception and after 5 and a half hours of their staff trying to pry the door open (they did not have keys to open their own facilities for some reason) they were finally able to open the door by breaking the door knob with a skillet. I understand that this happened at 7pm, but how is the hotel not going to have keys to open their own facilities-and then they tried to put the blame on me for not reporting it earlier when I literally reported it 10 minutes after it happened? Left displeased as this took longer than expected as they were negligent on their part to have the safety precautions a hotel requires.

This was a very cute hotel in a very artistic part of town. It was clean and the staff were all helpful. My only complaint was that the A/C didn't work, the safe was hard to operate, and ice was hard to aquire. I did have to change rooms for A/C so the staff was good about that, it was a minor inconvenience

There is not rules of noise, people were talking loud on the corridor very late, plus my room was right beside the gym and people were putting music very loud and early and very bad because it was a window dividing room and gym.
