Nice clean room. Not the most friendly greeting when checking in. Front desk staff were very “just the facts ma’am”. Centre is pretty sketchy and there are nicer areas to stay.

An excellent room for a reasonable price. An attractive hotel near the historical center. Only drawback in the room - no refrigerator. You may have to uber to get to the lively restaurant areas at night, but this wasn't a problem for us. A good breakfast buffet available for MX$ 225. Attractive public areas. An up-to-date bathroom.

I reserved a room with a king size mattress, when I checked in, the receptionist blamed Expedia for letting me reserve a king size mattress room because they didn't have a king size mattress available, so they gave me a room with two beds and it was me and my wife.
