The location surroundings is not the best area but it is also near everything, walking distance. I had a problem with Expedia and the fact that they canceled my booking so I spent 7 hrs of my trip on the phone with them. It was such a horrible experience having to deal with them!

I highly recommended this hotel. It was my 1st time but if i come back to Guadalajara i will definely stay here. The #1 reason the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very nice. The hotel overall very clean. The restaurant and the food was very good. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The bar was very nice too to go for a relaxing drink. Everything was walking distance. Perfect location. I highly recommended.
