The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of the cathedral and nearby attractions. My room faced the street, which was noisy, but fortunately it didn’t affect my sleep. The lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult to read. The room itself was spacious, and overall, given the price, most of these issues were acceptable. What was not acceptable, however, was the WiFi. While the speed was moderate, it suddenly stopped working around 11 p.m. and didn’t come back until the next morning. This was very frustrating and really impacted my stay.

Buen mantenimiento. El personal de limpieza amable, responsable y atento. Sin embargo, no había agua caliente; el servicio de internet es lento y hay espacios dónde no alcanza a llegar la señal. El ventilador en el techo estaba algo suelto y parecía frágil. No es tan cómodo para un hospedaje familiar, pues se encuentra junto a la esquina de sexoservidoras. Aunque no existió problema alguno, te piden dejar la llave cuándo sales. No hay elevador.

El aire acondicionado enfriaba bien, solo que no podría regularlo ya que no tenía control, hacían limpieza de habitación y eso estuvo muy bien, el personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenía ventanas, estaba muy escondida y además no me llegaba el wifi
