The Capsule Will hotel was a lovely experience overall. I’d say the property could of been better managed. The doors around the area were loose, the lockers weren’t active, and the door to my room didn’t lock. The only safety I felt was when I had my stuff locked in my capsule. Also, when taking a shower there’s only cold water without a curtain. Service is nice and convenient but to get in you must notify the staff each time. Not recommended to go out at night as it may take a while to be let back into the hotel. Overall I’d say the capsules were a different experience to go through. Definitely worth checking out to experience a unique stay.

Interesting experience could be cleaner

The capsule is cool. But the shower was cold. Also my bed had other hair on it. Was not clean. Otherwise the capsule experience is worth trying.

Llegué y no tenían mi reservación porque sobrevendieron, era noche y me prestaron una cama individual para mi y mi esposo, en un cuarto compartido, porque ya era noche, me dijeron que solicitara mi reembolso porque no me estaban dando la cápsula por la que había pagado, incluso tomaron foto de mi pasaporte para saber que era yo la del reembolso, lo solicité y me dice hoteles que el negocio se niega a darme el reembolso y pues hoteles no me lo regresará 😡

Como la reserva decía habitación para 2, pensé que las cápsulas estaban dentro de habitaciones separadas, pero no, están todas juntas y se comparte sanitario y regadera, obviamente no es igual de cómodo que un colchón y yo soy algo friolenta, y con la telita que dan no me quitó el frío, pero muy agradable la chica que me atendió, se paró súper temprano para dejarme desayuno y todo, muy linda, estuvo bien para la anécdota.

exelente servicio sin duda muy recomendado

La estancia fue exelente ya me estaban esperando ala llegada el personal muy amable la señora muy atenta y todo muy agusto da una sensacion de casa hay buena limpieza el imobiliario esta en muy buenas condiciones se los recomiendo ampliamente ya que la ubicacion es muy segura y el costo es muy adecuado

Es un hotel muy cómodo, el servicio es excelente, desde el momento en que llegamos nos trataron muy bien, con mucha atención y en todo momento la Señorita estuvo al pendiente de todo.. Limpieza excelente, ubicación muy buena y el precio es muy bueno.
