Esta bonito el hotel nos gustó mucho y la zona en la que se encuentra lo único malo es que el cuarto estába muy frío y lo padecimos en la noche pero independientemente de eso todo estuvo super

Horrible hotel, la habitación siempre está húmeda y fría, no hay suficientes cobijas, la cama y almohadas súper incómodas, te piden depósito por usar el control de la tv! No está cerca del centro como menciona, hay hoteles con precio parecido en mejor estatus (me di cuenta ya estando en Gto), las toallas son un trapo que parecen de cocina, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto!

Buena si no se rompe nada

La recepción fue buena, no tardaron mucho en darnos nuestra habitación, sin embargo al amanecer al siguiente día hubo un desperfecto con el lavamanos y la habitación se inundó, pedimos apoyo en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación provisionalmente, acordando que ellos pasarían nuestras pertenencias de vuelta a la primer habitación cosa que fue parcial porque dejaron algunas y cuando nos dimos cuenta (estabamos fuera del hotel) ya había personas dentro. Fue bastante incómodo el tener que pasar a recogerlas. La ubicación es buena como para salir caminando a recorrer la ciudad.

Hotel céntrico y tranquilo

Buenas instalaciones, siempre con agua caliente y wifi, lo único malo fueron la puerta de entrada y baño un poco caídas y dos goteras en el baño y fue por que estuvo lloviendo todos los días, cuenta con elevador pequeño, pero tienes que subir al segundo piso para tomarlo, en general bueno en relación precio calidad.

Mal servicio.

Como sabemos la primera impresión cuenta mucho, y es que entrando una señora (no la chava, sino la señora grande) nos reclamo/regaño por no dejar las llaves en la recepción antes de salir, al explicarle que nosotras íbamos llegando y aun no nos entregaban la habitación nos dijo que como quiera debemos dejarle la llave -.- no sé de qué llave habla si todavía tardaron una hora para entregarnos la habitación y luego el lavabo estaba tapado. El hotel es muy ruidoso, se escucha todo de las habitaciones continuas y hasta cuando le bajan al baño del piso de abajo. Los colchones están duros. Algo bueno, excelente, la atención de la chava que estaba en recepción, el señor grande y el que fue a destapar el lavabo, nos toco verlos reaccionar ante lo que decía la señora enojada y son muy amables para como habla la señora, dominan muy bien la presión. La ubicación es excelente.

Hotel agradable por su ubicación

Por su ubicación, permite acceder fácilmente a los puntos de interés de la zona, sin embargo, no me gusto que no estuviera en sus listas nuestra reservación y no nos dieron la habitación que reservamos, no te ponen accesorios para el baño y hay que pagar si los pides
