Very clean and Spotless and so comfortable uses technology. Automatic wi.dow curtains, greeting smart device in room. We arrived at 2am from airport from USA and they were busy at front desk scheduling early morning shuttles tranfers for other guests. And after 1 night we were so impressed we decided to stay here the night before we leave to airport too.

Hitel is very clean. The shuttle to and fro Airport every hour is a very purposeful service for the guests. Staff are courteous but sometimes messages do get missing in translation. I wouldn't blame them for that as I need to learn more mandarin as an occasional visitor to China.

Free shuttle back and forth from the airport was an excellent bonus for weary travellers.. Spotless comfortable room, modern hotel, with a fascinating choice of weird and interesting breakfast foods! (We're British..) All went very smoothly, and we've booked another night for our return a month later👍

I had a nice stay and I rebook the hotel everytime when I have a long layover in Guangzhou. Shuttle bus is prompt and the check out time is very reasonable. Nice staff. And I need to say, a good selection of breakfast!
