Excelente localização do imóvel, perto da balsa pra Santos. Ap novo todo mobiliado. Tivemos um problema com o ar de um dos quartos mas o Emanuel proprietário que é super prestativo e atencioso nos auxiliou rapidamente!!! Recomendo a todos e sempre q for ao guaruja vou procurar este imóvel!!!
