Localização da Pousada é o diferencial, realmente muito pertinho da Praia. Café da manhã, ok. Mas alguns pontos de Manutenção que deixou a desejar, controle da TV sem pilha, chuveiro com opção de água quente e gelada, mas gelada não saia água, tomamos banho fervendo em um calor de 35°, box com vazamento, molhava banheiro inteiro. Limpeza ok, exceto uma fronha manchada de sangue já no check-in, vazamento no corredor para entrada da suíte que estava extremamente perigoso pois escorria pela escada, internet não funcionou durante a estadia. Atendimento no check-in e no check-out: informações claras, mas funcionários sem carisma e simpatia. Atendimento do bar bem confuso, sem conhecimento cardápio, forma de pagamento, não se coloca o valor gasto na suíte tem q pagar na hora e não no check-out; funcionários do bar pareciam exaustos. Quarto bem pequeno, difícil até circular. Suíte 32 (quarto superior).

O atendimento dos funcionarios não foi nem um pouco cordial, a pousada era bem diferente das fotos, ficamos em quarto que era claramente um puchadinho da pousada, feito com restos de material de construção, fora de padrão, não trazia conforto e tudo muito sujo. Tinha reservadob2 noites, mas deixamos a pousada antes da segunda noite e nem ao menos nos pergutaram se gostamos da estadia. No estacionamento não possui manobrista, mas não tem lugar para todos os carros, além de que tem horário restrito para entrar e sair do estacionamento, considerando que a pousada estava longe de restaurantes e atrações da cidade isso é bem complicado.

Pousada com instalações antigas, muita sujeira, aparência que está abandonada… a sujeira não é do dia ou da semana, mas sim de meses, anos… até teia de aranha tinha… precisa de uma reforma urgentemente. O banheiro com cheiro de esgoto muito forte, não possui ventilação. Meu check in foi depois do horário, pq meu quarto não estava pronto. Mas são rigorosos no checkout. A localização é boa, apenas isso.
