Everyone was very friendly. We ordered room service several times during our 5-day stay because the prices were decent. It was really special to eat dinner on our terrace overlooking the city. Definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return

The hotel has an incredible lobby, lovely pool, reasonable gym and the room is spacious, comfy and meets expectations. Has the feel of a luxury hotel from the 90s that is a bit dated.

The breakfast buffet is good, and they have an airport shuttle. Please stay away from the dinner buffet; it isn't good or even OK It needs a lot of work to make the food edible.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and very fancy. Sadly, we experienced multiple set backs throughout our stay. We needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30am, but they only go at 6am and 7am - so we had to skip breakfast even though we'd paid for it. They couldn't find our reservation when we checked in even though we had "express check in". I showed them the Hotels.com number and it was useless to them. The pool closed 10 minutes early -wished we'd known when we got in just 5 minutes earlier. The pull out couch bed was broken and lay at a slant. When we asked the front desk for help, they told us to call someone else to help us.
