Excellent Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil I stayed at this hotel from yesterday to today and everything was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was in perfect order. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful stay. Common areas are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. The location is ideal—close to the airport and key areas of the city—making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I definitely recommend Courtyard by Marriott in Guayaquil to anyone looking for quality, great service, and comfort. I’ll gladly return on my next visit.

Bascially the hotel is under the process of being refurbished, which generates nosie and disorder, nad current status of rrom is not a 4,5 star hotel. In my reservation with yourselves you stipulated buffet brakfast within the reservation and it was charged to me when i checked out, which generated a big surprise and they did not were able to answer why the platform confiremd something that the hotel did not grant. I would prefer to go to the Sheraton and the Hilton next time as service was very poor.

Mi estancia en el Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil fue una experiencia verdaderamente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el servicio del personal fue impecable: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en cada detalle, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido y valorado en todo momento. Las habitaciones son realmente cómodas, espaciosas y muy bien equipadas. La cama ofrece un descanso inigualable, y el ambiente de la habitación transmite una sensación de tranquilidad perfecta para relajarse después de un día ajetreado. Todo el mobiliario, la limpieza y el cuidado en los detalles reflejan altos estándares de calidad. Otro aspecto que destaca es la paz que se respira en todo el hotel. A pesar de su ubicación estratégica en la ciudad, el entorno es sumamente tranquilo, ideal tanto para viajes de negocios como para quienes buscan desconectarse y descansar. En definitiva, recomiendo sin dudar el Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil. Es una excelente opción para quienes buscan una combinación perfecta de comodidad, excelente atención y un ambiente sereno. Helpful staff

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to arrange airport transfer. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and at 3AM the next morning totale us back to the airport.

Convenient to airport and to getting to tourist attractions. Staff at hotel restaurant were nice. My only complaint was having to wait in the hotel shuttle at the airport for 50 minutes for another guest at the hotel. Shuttle driver should have taken us to the hotel and gone back for the other guest.
