Don’t stay here. The condition of the room does not match what you see online. We arrived and were shown our room. They had left the door open and a rain squall blew water onto the floor, soaking the first 3 feet. We couldn’t get the heater to work initially so went down to the front desk and found they had closed up for the night. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and there was no phone number available to call someone for a mop and to solve the heating problem. Figured the heating out but it was either on or off. Could not set a temperature. We used bathroom towels to mop the floor. The room felt old and not in a good way. Run down and needing a renovation is the best way to describe it. The bed was uncomfortable and the springs squeaked when turning over. The pillows were atrocious. It was like someone shredded a little bit of foam and put it in a pillowcase. No window covering in the bathroom, only a translucent film that did not go to the edge of the glass. Anyone could stand on the walkway outside the window and see anyone showering or using the toilet. The lighting was poor, always straining to see things. The phone was unplugged. The floor was dirty. We can’t figure out how people are giving this place a 10 out of 10???
