Inacceptable. Jamais vu avant. Ne merite pas de gerer un hotel n'y meme aucun autre type d'établissement respectable. Reste que les bordels et encore les plus miteux. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y faire la moindre réservation et je fais un signalement au groupe Campanile de bien vouloir faire un audit au plus vite du site de Gueret afin de prevoir un correctif, sous peine de subir une dégradation de son image et de l'enseigne sur l'ensemble du territoire. Pour ma part je n'y remettrait pas les pieds avant un moment et temps que certaines sanctions n'auront pas été actées pour ces agissements indignes de la profession.

Etat de la chambre L'accueil

Pros: L'accueil
Cons: Un peu plus d'hygiène
A l'entrée dans la chambre du RC l'odeur était désagréable, le sol du l'entrée usé et peu engageant. Les rideaux qui devaient être blancs étaient plutôt gris. Par contre le personnel est courtois et agréable (lui) Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au rendez vous

Excellent accueil, repas bien servi, le personnel est très professionnel. Malheureusement la moquette de la chambre ne connait pas vraiment l'aspirateur, vraiment dommage!!!
