There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 family bathroom and a toilet. It also has 2 sitting rooms, 1 dinning room, kitchen and patio / garden with side access.
We have a great top of the range WIFI setup to accommodate families and people working.
Guest Access:
The whole house is available to the person who rents it. Its a great spacious house in the heart of everything in Guildford.
Other Things to Note:
Guildford is a huge town with lots to do! Its has great restaurants, bars, family fun activities, great country walks, great shopping, market high street, cinemas etc
