It's a lovely house with soft and tangy colours that we offer you in Le Guilvinec, in the beautiful southern Bigouden region. Combining restored antique furniture and contemporary decoration, this furnished property will seduce you as much by its decor as by its large enclosed garden. Isolated from prying eyes, it will be ideal for family barbecues and moments of relaxation in a deck chair. Children will be able to play there in complete tranquillity.
The kitchen is independent with gas cooking, traditional and microwave ovens for cooking good little dishes. A refrigerator and a dishwasher are also at your disposal. For breakfasts, a Senséo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle are available. There is a small table for four in the kitchen, and a beautiful glass table for six in the dining room, with its beautiful Safran and wooden chairs, which make you want to sit around a tasty meal. The living room-TV area, with its anthracite grey furniture and orange decorative touches, invites relaxation with a good book or a film. An independent toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the ground floor rooms.
The night space is located upstairs. There you will find three beautiful rooms, all equally well decorated. The "Prairie" room, with its double bed, immerses you in a flowery and colourful atmosphere. The second "Nature" room with a double bed combines beige and white with wicker and rattan accessories. The third "Marine" room, with its two single beds, evokes a small attic cabin with its wood panelling. A brand new bathroom with a shower completes the floor, as well as a second toilet.
For more comfort, you will have a washing machine, and a hair dryer. You can park three vehicles in the driveway and your bicycles in the garage. A combined fridge-freezer is also at your disposal in the garage, to carefully keep your ice creams.
