Welcome to Harbor House — a family-friendly low-rise, beachfront condo with a huge wraparound balcony and sweeping views of the Gulf. You’re just steps from the front door to the sugar-white sand, with easy access to the beach and pool and parking for two vehicles directly under the unit.

This 2BR / 2BA condo has all the comforts of home: updated appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, king bed in the primary bedroom, and two brand-new full beds in the second bedroom. The living room offers plenty of seating for your group and a view you’ll never get tired of.

Occupancy Note (HOA): Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The pullout sofa provides an additional sleeping option for your group of up to 6.

Sleeping & Layout (max 6 guests)

Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, TV, closet, and direct balcony access with amazing Gulf views. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Cable provided (feel free to bring a Roku/Firestick for streaming). We also keep a few beach chairs available for guests.

Bedroom 2: Two brand-new full mattresses, TV, closet, and a convenient private en-suite with stand-up shower and toilet, plus a separate vanity/sink area—perfect for families getting ready. We also provide a few beach toys for the youngsters (and the young at heart).

Living Room: Large smart TV with cable available. Bring your own Roku/Firestick for streaming. Plenty of seating for the whole family, including comfy poofs for the kiddos. The pullout sofa offers an additional sleeping option for your group of up to 6.

Kitchen & Dining

Full kitchen with updated appliances and everything you need to cook in: full-size oven and refrigerator, pots/pans, and the essentials for family meals. We also provide wine glasses, shot glasses, and a blender.

There’s a BBQ grill outside along with grilling tools for the grill masters in the family.

Balcony Life (the star of the show)

The large wraparound balcony gives you beautiful Gulf views with seating to eat outside or enjoy your morning coffee. You’ll get sun throughout the day, plus an overhang for shade when needed. End the night listening to the waves with your favorite beverage.

Second bedroom en-suite with stand-up shower + toilet, plus separate vanity area

Guest Access

Guests will receive 2 key fobs that control the gate for pool access and the private beach access gate.

I always love the Harbor House and the location and accessibility to the room from the beach. No waiting 5 min for elevators ! Just quick steps to this condo. I love that it has a wrap around porch and that it’s easy load and unload from stairs. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and the owners are amazing and so helpful. We will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that you can see the pool and beach from the balcony. A huge plus that the stairs are right by the parking spot, making it easy to get unloaded and loaded. Condo is family friendly and quiet around the complex. It’s close to everything. Could walk to stores or restaurants if you wanted. Jeff and Tara were wonderful to work with and communication was excellent.

Home Away from Home

The Harbor House B17 was all we could have hoped for and more! Perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed to prepare meals, wash laundry, and simply relax after a day on the beach. The location to restaurants and conveniences could not be beat. Truly only steps away from the pool and beach! No crossing any roads, which was important to us with little ones. We loved the wrap around porch, where we ate meals, watched dolphins play, and read books! If you stay there, you won't be disappointed! Tara and Jeff made EVERYTHING so easy! Thank you guys so much for all the thoughtful details you put into your home and your rental process. No hassels! Left us completely open to just enjoy. And we definitely did!

This is a beautiful and cozy beach condo. Everything is neat and well-maintained. Easy parking and the pictures give an accurate description of the details provided. The beach and pool are a few steps away. Perfect location as a lot of the vacation hot spots are within a 5-mile radius. The hosts are amazing!!!!! Top notch communication, detailed instructions and most importantly (to me personally), the check-out information was extremely simple... literally two things. We will be booking this location again real soon.

Cute, cozy condo steps from the sand. Love how the complex is laid out and the condo has everything you need. It was our 1st time renting a VRBO and it was a very easy process. Wonderful rental on beautiful Gulf Shores!

We had a fantastic stay at the Harbor House this week. The location was perfect - with a small grocery store across the street and walking distance to many different restaurants. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and the area did not disappoint. This was one of the nicest beaches we have ever visited! The Harbor House was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and loved sitting on the porch overlooking the beach. If we ever get back to the area, we will definitely stay at Harbor House again!

December Geteaway

Did a little quick getaway to destress while doing home renovations. Harbor House is my favorite place to stay while in Gulf Shores. Unit B17 was a great choice. Unit was really clean and very “homely”. Although it was a short visit, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Wonderful stay, excellent hosts!

This unit's location can't be beat! Right on the beach and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The unit was VERY well stocked with everything that you might need during your stay. We had no issues at all and loved our time away. I highly recommend the ferry to Dauphin Island for a fun way to spend the day. We also had a great experience on the Sunny Lady dolphin cruise. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place is amazing; the owners are so sweet & caring! I will be staying here again; telling all my friends & family! Amazing prices, terrific locates! The beach access was so easy, parking was great! The pool was right there & great view! The condo was so clean and nice! Had everything we need cause we fly in! Spring Break Getaway

This was our first family beach trip and Harbor House did not disappoint. The location was fantastic and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms. The main bedroom was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The condo had a great kitchen with wonderful appliances including washer and dryer. We loved being so close to the beach and felt safe too. Communicating with owners was simple with quick responses. We would be happy to recommend Harbor House to anybody.
