Suuri Beach House! Kaksikerroksinen, 1800 m², 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 1/2 kylpy talo. Voit nähdä rannan tai lahden kaikista ikkunoista. Meillä on myös 3 erittäin suurta kannetta ... 880 neliömetriä kannen tilaa; yksi varjostettu, yksi kastettu aurinko; ja toinen, jolla on täydellinen yksityisyys. Tämä talo on 40 metrin päässä etuovesta yksityiselle rannalle. Älä ole huolissasi tungosta rannoista! Kilpikonnat pesivät ja kuoriutuivat rannoillamme kesäkuukausien aikana. This house was the perfect location to the beach for our little family. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a VRBO house. The only thing we wished would have been better was the grill. It was an old rusted charcoal grill that we decided was not worth trying to use, so consider bringing your own. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The location and ease to get to the beach is a 10!I wish I could have given the overall stay a higher star level. With that said, one does expect to have basic needs met with proper air conditioning. I was very concerned when we first arrived because it was so hot in the house. The master bedroom had a 2nd air conditioning unit plumbed through the window (not a stationary window unit). The 1st floor did cool off so much that it was difficult to sit around the table since all the air vents are directly over the dinner table and not spread out evenly throughout the 1st floor. The upstairs felt like a converted attic without insulation. The air conditioner always ran and never cycled. In the day the tempature would run 82-86 degrees and at night it would get down to 74 degrees. The closets upstairs in both rooms are not usable. The closets were not insulated, so they were extremly hot and smelled like mildew that any close storage would smell like mdew. The upstairs out door furniture looked like it has never been clean. For those who like to sit around the pool, I would caution using it. Our friend who stayed has a pool cleaning business in Florida. He said it needed phosphate and it was really low on salt. He told us not to get in it due to the bacteria killing chemicals being really low. The house was a disappointment. I would caution renting this house. There was more issues, but I stuck to the basic necessities one expects to have with a vacation rental.

Great location having beach access without the crowd. Loved having swimming pool available whenever we needed it. Having the multiple decks around the house made for an enjoyable stay all day long. Contact with host was easy and quick. Would return to this location if back in the area.

Good location, needs some work

The home was located very close to the ocean which was great. Accommodations were more basic than expected and the house could use some work. The pool is also close but not heated and not clean. The grill was completely rusted and spindles up the stairs were loose/broken. We understand the salt water is rough on surfaces like this but if we had young kids, I would be very nervous about the stairs. The home was not overly clean. Shower curtains stained/dingey and shower walls did not appear clean. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels which used up quick.

Back to the Beach

The host was so responsive. The house was a very easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean. I would definitely stay again. Access to the pool is good for those evenings that you just want to swim as well as an invitation to meet neighbors. The wrap around porch is amazing so that you sit on one side in the morning and the other side in the evenings.

Hidden Gem!

This was a wonderful house, in the wonderful “hidden gem” area of Fort Morgan. The drive is not long at all from Gulf Shores, and the trade off is a very peaceful, less people and less crowded experience on and around the beach, restaurants and area in general. The house is beautiful and updated and has any amenity you could want, and is just steps away from a very uncrowded beach for your family to enjoy. The owner is super nice and very responsive to messages. I have zero complaints about this great find! You will not regret staying here.

Gorgeous and peaceful location. We loved the ocean/ beach and how easy it was to walk to. It was very relaxing and quiet with few people. The pool was an added bonus especially for our kiddo. Seriously can’t wait to take another vacation here.

Everything was great. One small issue with the kitchen sink fixed quickly. The house was done beautifully. Loved the privacy of the beach. Would suggest bunk beds for teen siblings who don’t want to sleep together if beds are ever needing replaced

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families with kids between 4-7 years old. The pool is right next to the house and the walk to the beach is very short compared to others places we’ve stayed in fort Morgan! It’s very convenient to a couple places to eat and ice cream. 10/10 in our book! Will definitely be back!
