* SELF CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT
- Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST
- Check-Out: No later than 10 AM EST
NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who check in early OR check out from 10 AM to 12 PM will be charged a late fee of $100. Guests who check out past 12 PM will be charged that night's room fee.

* WEATHER CONDITIONS: NO refunds will be given for cancelled bookings due to weather conditions. Please purchase travelers' insurance, as necessary.

* CAPACITY: Base rates cover up to 12 guests, including children and day visitors. Guests above the maximum capacity will be charged $100/person/night.

* PETS ALLOWED: Up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs only. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay's pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to agree and accept our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.

* CONSTRUCTION: Gulf Shores continues to expand with new homes and development. As such, new homes are being built across the street. During this period, you may choose to use our neighborhood beach (it's still a lovely, uncrowded beach!) or the amazing resort pool and amenities at the Spectrum Beach Club during your stay. Note that we also have noise-cancellation window covers and white noise machines featured in each bedroom to ensure a peaceful rest throughout your stay.

* SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay is also charged at booking.

* EXTRA NOTES:
- Signed Rental Agreement and a Copy of Gov't-Issued ID Required within 24 Hours After Booking.
- IDs are required for everyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- Minimum age to book is 25. Person booking this home must be present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
