The living space features a plush sleeper sofa and chair—ideal for movie nights on the mounted TV after a sun-soaked day. The quartz-topped peninsula bar offers the perfect space for morning coffee or a casual dinner in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, smooth-top electric stove/oven, and microwave. You’ll find all the essentials stocked and ready, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there’s no dishwasher, the efficient setup makes cleanup quick—so you can spend more time at the beach or exploring town.
The bedroom offers a king sized bed for a restful stay. Step out onto your private balcony deck to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Perfect for sunrise coffee or unwinding under the evening sky. The full bathroom includes fresh linens and a tub/shower combo.

Rules
Booking is only CONFIRMED upon e-signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours, emailed after booking. Min age 25, proof is required.
MUST PURCHASE: Parking pass per vehicle, limit 2. Price subject to change. 4 PM arrival, 10 am departure. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
Before departure: Place all garbage in trash. There is no trash pickup at the unit. Clean and put away all dishes before departure.
