NEW Beachfront 12 Bedroom with everything you could ask for! Aqua Vista has 12 bedrooms, each with a bath, plus a big kitchen, Private Heatable Pool with layout deck, Elevator, Game Room, Theater Room, Beachfront Deck Tiki Bar, Poolside Bath. and Dune Walkover, all on a gorgeous 75' stretch of sugar-white sand beach.

Available for Summer 2025. We'll be updating photos in Spring as finishing touches go in but you'll see similar finishes to the "Vista" family of homes including Ola Vista, Cielo Vista, Solo Vista, but with lots of improvements, and no bunks, plus a better living room, bigger beachfront porch and pool and more beach frontage. There is just more to love.

You'll enjoy 12 bedrooms, plus 12 full and 2 half baths.
10 King Bedrooms (2 with a Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle, 2 with a Queen Sleeper Sofa)
2 Pair of Queen Bedrooms (each sleeps 4)

Aqua Vista is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just 2.6 miles west of Hwy 59 (also known as Gulf Shores Parkway). Sorry, no events or bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed. We are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25. Security deposit required for music festival weekends.

Grandma’s 70th birthday

Check in was super easy. Email and txt communications were great. As large as the house is, we would have liked some larger frying pans or at least more of them. We also had repair people show up early unannounced two days in a row, which we didn’t care for. The rooms were comfy but you could hear everything from every room. The home was beautiful and room for all of us
