We know pets are family too! This property is dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs, 25 lbs or under each) with prior approval. There's a pet fee and simple house rules in place to ensure everyone has a clean, comfortable experience. Use the outdoor shower to rinse sandy paws before your pup comes inside.

HOUSE RULES â Please Read Carefully
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activities low during this time to help maintain a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.
FIRE & BBQ POLICY
Absolutely no fires allowed on the property.
No grilling or BBQing under the house, in the carport, or on wooden decks.
Use only the designated outdoor grilling area. The grill must stay in its bolted location.
SMOKING & VAPING
No smoking or vaping indoors â a removal fee will apply if evidence or odor is found.
Smoking is allowed outside only, at least 100 feet away from doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
TRASH & CLEANING
Before checkout:
Remove leftover food and drinks from the fridge
Toss out takeout and opened food
Before departing, please place trash in the large bin on the side of the house and roll it to the street.
Place used towels on the upstairs bathroom floor
Leave the home tidy
GUESTS & PARTIES
Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY
Treat the home and furnishings with care
Report accidental damage right away
We reserve the right to charge for damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations

$300 deep cleaning fee for accidents or excessive mess
You are financially responsible for any damage done by your pet
CLEANLINESS & EXPECTATIONS
Only house-trained pets allowed
Rinse & dry paws before entering
Wash & dry pets if wet, muddy, or sandy
Pick up and dispose of pet waste â $75 fee if left in the yard
Remove pet hair from furniture and bedding
SUPERVISION & BEHAVIOR
Pets must not be left alone unless crated
Excessive noise or aggressive behavior is not allowed
