Just steps from the beach, this updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside the front door.

Located in a low-density area and building (Sun Chase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. The building is surrounded by smaller complexes with no large high-rise buildings to block your views. The condo is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you. Note: The complex does not have an elevator.

The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a tastefully decorated living area and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. Step outside the front door onto the West-facing side deck and take in the refreshing sea breeze while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun go down. Look out to the Gulf and take in the breathtaking views of the coastline.

Property Overview:

* The condo is just steps from the beach, down the stairs and through the parking area. No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy streets.
* Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. A $75 fee will be charged if the pool fob to access the gated area is not returned at the end of your stay. The pool is heated during colder months.
* BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf.

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores, and approximately 1.8 miles to Highway 59 and The Hangout, Gulf Shores nightlife & souvenir shops.

PARKING

Parking is $52 per stay. You will have one dedicated parking space under the building marked 303. Several days before your arrival, you will receive a parking email to register your car and pay in advance of your arrival.
