PARKING: There are 2 free designated spaces directly in front of the unit. Guest spaces are near the pool and the front of the complex.
NO smoking indoors: NO SMOKING, vaping/illegal substances. IF the house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning/deodorization fee.
NO Parties: NO parties/events are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occurs, authorities will be called.
