The guy who works the facility is great. He is super nice and accommodating. The property though isn’t in the best of shape. There was mold all over the bathroom. The bedding was yellowed from use. The tiles were coming up from the floor. The blanket was stained (blood). If it wasn’t for the man who owned the place I wouldn’t have stayed due to the condition of the room.

Advertised as a non smoking room, it smelt like smoke very bad, dirty dusty room, beds had stains on sheets and pillow cases, I checked out early as I couldnt stand the smell, was refused a refund.

Guri is farther from central Seoul, but Yaja is right by the day night stall market, walkable from the metro station, convenience stores right down the street. Rooms are very comfortable and staff was amazing and helpful!

모텔사용후기

침대바닥이 정리가 안되어있고 보이는곳만 깨끗했어요. 요즘 세면도구를 안준다는건 알고있었지만 정말 수건이랑 샤워용품 3가지(샴푸. 린스. 바디워시) 만있고 전혀없더라구요. 꼭 챙겨가세요~ 무엇보다 연박이라 특실로 변경해줬다고했는데 화장실에서 담배를얼마나 피웠는지 문만 닫아놓으면 해결되는것도 아니고 정말숨이 안 쉬어질정도였어요. 방음도 전혀되지않아 11시넘어서 큰소리로 바닥을다니는거며 벽치는소리며 아무리 그래도 정말 불편했어요. 여때까지 다녔던 모텔호텔중에 손에꼽을만큼 별로였습니다. 넷플보실거면 아이디 비번알고가세요. 주차시설은 지상지하 있어서 주차는비교적 편했습니다. 칸이 많지않았지만 주차못할정도는 아니였습니다. 전체적으로 중하위수준이였습니다. 모두 이용전에 확인하고 가세요~

욕실 청결 상태가 매우 한심한 수준으로 도대체 청소를 하지 않아서 욕실 벽에 검은 때가 붙어 있는 정도임. 그저 비용대고 하룻밤 머물고 가라는 심사를 엿볼 기회를 갖기 바람.

まず初めに、ここはラブホテルです。 ただ、ラブホテルと思えないほど対応は良かったです。 ①蚊に刺されて痒くて眠れないと伝えたら、部屋変更してくれた上で、1番グレードの高い部屋にアップグレードまでしてくれた(虫刺され薬まで貸してくれた) ②早朝4時にも関わらず、タクシーの送迎手配をしてくれた ③フリードリンクやフリーフードが豊富 ④風呂トイレ別 ⑤充電器を貸してくれるので、コンセント問題は全く心配ない 以上のように、下手なホテル泊まるよりもぜんぜん良いと思いました。
