We were greeted by a dog as we opened reception door, it annoyed and jumped over us, my son is allergic to dogs. There was plenty of parking, only 2 cars overnight, yet in the morning a tradies vehicle had half blocked us in.

Booked this for my dad travelling thru on a relocation from NSW, booked online with 2hrs until arrival. Phoned to ask if key could be left out & it was a no issue response from the lovely lady on the phone. Late arrival instructions where given so I could pass on.
