Large, beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Bieszczady Chata", built in 2015. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3'500 m2, natural garden 2'500 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Available: bicycles. Steep motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Carport. Shop, grocery, bus stop 800 m. Ski lift 35 km. The summer kitchen allows guests to stay outdoors all the time and enjoy the beautiful views. You can buy vegetables, fruit and cold-pressed oil on site. You can try local products (also available for purchase) or order a homemade dinner. Homemade dinner can be ordered at least 3 days in advance. Winter - winter sports, T-bar lifts (10 km) and chair lifts (Puławy Górne - 36 km). At a distance of 50 km. Slovakia, Svidnik - a large Aquapark with thermal waters.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Shower/WC. Wood heating, boiler (100 litres). Top floor: gallery with 1 double bed. Large terrace 20 m2, large garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area, box-room. Beautiful view of the valley and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Available: iron. Available: garden sauna additionally paid 100 PLN/for stay and all-year hot tub also paid extra 200 PLN/for stay. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
