Beautiful front row cottage with direct access and views to Sandersvig beach. The house is located on a screened property, so you can spend time on the terrace and in the garden undisturbed. The interiors are bright with high ceilings, the kitchen is open to the living room and from there you have access to the partially covered terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Enjoy your vacation on the quiet and beautiful sandy beach of Sandersvig. Or take a trip to Christiansfeld, which is on the Unesco World Heritage list, one of the most distinctive towns in Denmark. Christiansfeld is also worth a trip for cake lovers, as the town is famous for its delicious gingerbread, which has been baked here since 1783. You will also stay close to Tyrstrup Kro. Also Kolding and its surroundings exciting destinations where you will find a variety of activities - whether you are on vacation with children, looking for active vacations or love art and culture. Das Ferienhaus können wir ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen. Lage: Traumhaft, direkt am Strand, aus dem Wohnbereich blickt man aufs Meer. Durch die Lage kann man morgens wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Das Haus steht auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück in einer kleinen Siedlung von individuellen Ferienhäuschen, die wohl zumeist in Privatbesitz sind und nicht über große Agenturen vermietet werden. Zum Wasser hin ist der Garten geöffnet und geht direkt in den Strand über. Die nächsten kleinen Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in circa 10 Minuten erreichbar: der Dagli‘Brugsen in Hejls sowie der Let Køb in Fjelstrup. Holz für den Ofen kann an kleinen Ständen am Straßenrand gekauft werden oder z.B. im Holzhandel Davidsen in Haderslev. Das Haus: Zeitlos eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. In der Küche findet man vom Mixer, über Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, Töpfen und Pfannen alles, was zum kochen benötigt wird. Die Betten sind bequem und wir haben gut darauf geschlafen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Holzofen, elektrischen Heizkörpern, die schnell Wärme erzeugen, sowie teilweise mit einer elektrischen Fußbodenheizung. Die Fußbodenheizung benötigt etwas Zeit bis die Wärme durchkommt, ist aber im Badezimmer sehr angenehm. Wir waren im März dort und trotz Außentemperaturen von teilweise um den Gefrierpunkt ließ sich das Haus sehr gut heizen und die Wärme hielt sich. Wir haben vorwiegend mit dem Holzofen geheizt.
