Welcome to Creekside Chateaux, a one-of-a-kind luxury retreat estate designed for unforgettable family reunions, group getaways, retreats, and special celebrations.

This stunning mid-century modern home was engineered by Richard B. Meyer, a renowned architect and apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright, who also helped construct The Getty in Los Angeles. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled while preserving its incredible architectural character.

Whether you're gathering multiple generations for a family reunion, celebrating with friends, or simply escaping together, Creekside Chateaux offers spacious accommodations, exceptional amenities, and countless places to reconnect.

Every room features large windows overlooking the National Wildlife Refuge that borders the property, giving you access to miles of beautiful creeks, ponds, and wildlife habitat. It's a premier destination for birdwatching, stargazing, and peaceful nature walks. Deer frequently wander right up to the windows, and the property also borders a picturesque vineyard.

One of the highlights of the estate is the breathtaking private crystal-clear spring located just steps from the house. Guests are welcome to swim, float, paddleboard, or relax on the dock while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Riley Creek is also just a short walk away, offering excellent fishing opportunities.

**Please Note:** There is no fencing around the spring or other water features. Children should be supervised at all times.

After a day of exploring, unwind in the sauna, relax in the hammocks, gather around the fire, and enjoy the incredible sounds of nature that make Creekside Chateaux so special.

House Layout:

*First Floor*

-1 King bedroom (sleeps 2 comfortably)
- Yoga room with two queen air mattresses, all bedding provided, yoga mats, TV, and privacy drapery. Sleeps 2–4 guests. (Cabinetry beneath the TV is locked and unavailable for guest use.)

Also on the first floor:

* Attached private apartment featuring:
- Queen bedroom
- Private bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Twin chair pull-out bed
- Full-size sofa sleeper in the living room
Comfortably sleeps 2 privately, with additional sleeping space for up to 3 more guests.

*Second Floor*

-Spacious King suite with:
- Private bathroom
- TV
- Private balcony
- Pull-out sofa
- Twin pull-out chair
Comfortably sleeps 2 privately, with sleeping accommodations for up to 5.

Private Guest Hideaways:
Just outside the front door, attached to the carport, are two unique private guest rooms:
- Queen bedroom with electric fireplace, TV, heater, and ceiling fan (sleeps 2)
- Second hideaway featuring one Queen daybed and one Twin daybed with TV, heater, and ceiling fan

These rooms do not have air conditioning but stay comfortable with ceiling fans, heaters, open windows, and additional portable fans provided.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for preparing meals for large groups and family gatherings.

You'll enjoy:
- 2 full-size refrigerators inside the home
- 1 industrial refrigerator outside—perfect for storing extra drinks and food during reunions and celebrations
- Large flat-top Blackstone grill for outdoor breakfasts, burgers, steaks, and family cookouts
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and essentials
- Outdoor fire pit that's perfect for roasting s'mores together

Our custom A-frame cabin is currently under construction and will make this destination even more unique.

The Property:
The grounds are filled with mature trees including peach, cherry, pear, red and green apple, plum, walnut, and towering pine trees, creating a peaceful setting unlike anywhere else.

Creekside Chateaux is conveniently located near some of Southern Idaho's most beautiful destinations:
- Malad Gorge State Park (20 minutes)
- Box Canyon State Park (20 minutes)
- Thousand Springs State Park – Ritter Island (20 minutes)
- Miracle Hot Springs (13 minutes)
