My family and I enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in. The house was clean smelled very welcoming. Wish we could have stayed a little while longer. The host recommended the restaurant called Manny's OMG it was everything so much that we had to go again the night before we left.

We enjoyed our stay the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and the house was clean. Our agent was quite helpful as we needed to add a couple of extra days due to flight issues. Everything worked out well and we will return!

It just wasn’t for me

I arrived late check in, and I let the owner know the next morning I was there .. and that the railing at the top of the stairs was loose . And the house had an overwhelming odor,I am not sure if the smell was mold or that old house smell. Well the owner responded and said the railing was not loose . And that I didn’t smell a thing. And proceeded to tell me to take the trash bins to the curb that the previous renters had , which the trash can was full of maggots , she offered to come and empty some out, because I was not touching that. She had someone to come and they was sick and threw up on the side of the home. it was not a pleasant stay the downstairs bed creeped with every move and of you think you will enjoy the game room .. there is no air conditioning in it , we wanted the home for that purpose so we could not enjoy that at all in this Florida heat, because it was a transitioned garage . I don’t recommend this play but it may be for u .. but if I had known !

Little frustrating on reserving

Property and house were fine except needing some small maintenance. Pool man walked right in without an announcement. Posted we had 19 people booked house then was told we could only have 16. Within 12 hours tried to cancel due to not being able to accommodate but couldn’t get $$ back. Should have at least a 24 hour window for full compensation for certain instances.

Overall the property was underwhelming, the pool was dirty upon arrival and not clean enough and up to the right temperature until the end of our stay. There were no frying pans available to cook the most basic meals. The shower in the ground floor bedroom had no hot water, overall the house was clean but is in need of a refresher paint job.

Very spacious

The property is as described with lots of space, clean and well decorated in a large, gated community. It was easy to get in and out of the house and close to a Walmart for things you might have forgotten. The parking is challenging when the home holds that many people and because this is a very tight neighborhood with residential homes, that was a bit frustrating. Also, make sure and bring all the things you need for cleaning and extra TP/PT because it’s bare minimum. We were able to accomplish a beautiful wedding weekend with my daughter and her friends/family at this home so I’m grateful.
