Enjoyed 2 nights with delicious breakfast at this very comfortable hotel. 2 minute walk to train on flat terrain. Stay in hotel, 2 wings and you'll be close to everything like snacks from 3 to 7 and alcohol and dessert from 7 to 10 pm. Unlimited drinks like water, soda and tea. Masseuse is excellent!

Too many loud, rude foreign tour groups. Do not stay on the floor near the library. They offer a free happy-hour which is generous but the foreign travelers behave like a party-way to loud talking and laughing until way past 10pm so you can’t sleep. The foreign guests were Horrible.

This hotel has everything you need without going out too far. There is onsen ( private and public ). Breakfast and snacks are complimentary. Only downside is one of the bean pillow which is uncomfortable

I enjoyed the onsen on our condo and the open areas that I was able to enjoy in the hotel. My condo had a beautiful view in which I could enjoy the sunrise. The complimentary drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated.

A few minutes walk from the Gora train station, the hotel has spacious room with big window of Mountain View. The breakfast was fantastic with so many traditional Japanese or Western style choices. We bought the dinner buffet in the hotel, which was excellent in a relaxing environment. The free coffee, snacks in the afternoon and free beer in the evening at the library is a really nice touch. But a rude front desk stuff (an India lady) ruined the five-star rating we would have given and a perfect experience we would’ve had in the hotel. We arrived the hotel at noon with a Japanese friend who lives in a town not far away from Hakone. We wanted to run around Lake Ashino so we changed to running cloth, stored our luggages and backpacks, including my friend’s backpack. When we returned to check in, the Indian receptionist keeps on asking about my Japanese friend, even though I ensured her that my friend just needs to pick up her backpack (all our luggages and backpacks were already placed in our room, a nice service) from our room and leave. The Indian receptionist’s attitude is a steep contrast — arrogant, suspicious — from all the other stuff we have encountered in the hotel, who are all welcoming and polite.

This hotel offers free alcohol for dinner buffet and limited time at Library. They have lots of books and Manga. I was disappointed that the big bath close at 11 pm and reopen at 6 am. Many hotels offer longer time for variety lives. Also This hotel doesn’t allow to my though the room is ready.

It's new style onsen hotel. Great for family! They offer free snake, drinks and dessert. There are many common area to rest and connect with family and friends.
