The hotel was in an excellent spot in the downtown area. Perfect distance to the waterfront and walkable to many other locations. Parking was easier then expected.

Room was very dark despite the lighting. It was fairly clean. Parking was fine. Room condition was poor. Opened frig and an enema in a bag was left in it. The frig was not cleaned after staff removed the enema despite us asking. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days before it was repaired. The dead bolt stuck so the room door didn’t close without us manually doing it. We asked repeatedly to have it fixed. It didn’t happen. 7 days of having to check and recheck the door was closed.

Great location. Walking distance to harbour front. Lots of restaurants and bar with a coffee shop outside the hotel door. We didn’t use the pool or gym. We did have a drink at the bar on the 4th floor. No one was on there. It was fine.

Room was excellent stayed 5 days. Serviced daily very clean and no noise faced the courtyard. Breakfast one day was ok but plenty of options in area. Great location close to all amenities and boardwalk. Travelled with a small dog and was provided a regular room and not a ‘pet’ room which typically aren’t in good condition in many hotels even though they charge extra. So this made the visit excellent. Would recommend.

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were so friendly and accommodating. They were able to help us get early check in since I needed to work. Couples get away!

Great hotel in a good location. This was the second time we stayed here and were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
