Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The check in was where it started. Staff were rude when we checked in. Seemed annoyed for no reason. One card didn’t work so went back down to get it fixed and again didn’t seem happy to help.
Called down once we were in our room and no one answered.
No towels for the pool, asked for a few more at the desk and he seemed very annoyed I asked For more to only have 2 and not 3 that asked for.
There were kids running in the halls till way past 11:30pm and no one came to tell them to stop. I know we weren’t the only ones that were disturbed by this as we heard others at checkout were making the same complaint.
Pool was not very clean. The water was cloudy.
A few positive things- my child loved the water slide. All in all the room was ok. Carpet were stained. Beds were clean and comfortable.
The only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the lady working the breakfast area refilling the stations was nice to me and the guy at the desk when checking out was nice. Breakfast was pretty good.
Sadly disappointed with the stay for the money it cost to stay there and especially since we were locals and wanted to spend a night there for my child’s birthday to enjoy the waterslides. Try v to support local businesses.
