Overall our stay was pretty good! Our 2 queen bedroom was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a microwave and fridge. Parking was expensive and not overly convenient. $35/ day and make sure that you ask well in advance to get your car if requesting it near check out time.

Great Location

We stayed for 4 nights and found the location to be excellent, walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made it very convenient. Housekeeping came daily to make the beds, empty the garbage, and change the towels, but they did not vacuum the carpet or change the sheets during our stay. Overall, it was a good base for exploring the area, but the cleaning service could use a little improvement.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the waterfront, shops, restaurants and sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was underground in a parking garage and has direct access from the garage to the main lobby. This information for parking should be shared with the clients beforehand. The only complaint we have is the hotel is on a truck route to the port so the trucks run down Hollis St early in the morning. If your room looks onto Hollis it is noisy early in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel.
