Only stayed 2 nights but dont confuse with Stardust Timberlea Stayed at Timberlea for a week and both motels excellent The guys on front desk IN Bedford nights & morning both very friendly & professional .i arrived 30 minutes early and no hello or welcome from the boss lady who seems to run a tight ship just a YOUR EARLY DO YOU SMOKE OR HAVE PETS ? Dont exoect red carpet treatment from her but highly recommend this Motel and their super location in Timberlea .was on a 5 week road trip and all places the greetings were warm but 1 .

I didn't get to stay because I didn't have access to a usable credit card to pay a required $300 security deposit and the gentleman refused to take cash. so I was turned away. I will be needing a full refund of $160.00 According to the information I was told to make sure I had $250. I had the cash but the cash was not accepted and my debit card was also refused. Please assist me with getting a refund. I was left in a strange city that night with no place to stay.

Bathroom could use some renovation but everything was clean, with hot water and enough pressure in the shower. If you have issues with stairs be certain to request a main floor room. Excellent value for the cost. I’d certainly stay there again.

We had an unexpected stay in Halifax area where avg price of a rooms was high and low availability. I was delighted to find and book a room in our price range, until I wasn’t!! Within 15 minutes of booking I realized the establishment was not pet friendly and called them immediately to cancel for a refund. I was lectured about not reading the full business profile and was told there is no refund for same day booking. I find this immoral especially when the room could have been rented out to someone else without issue as most hotels had no vacancy. My husband ended up sleeping overnight in the vehicle with our shorkie at a Macdonalds. So disheartening this business is so disrespectful and has lost all decency. Or maybe they never had a moral compass to begin with :(

This is a very well maintained property: the rooms are clean and spacious and it really helps to have a kitchenette with a fridge for busy families.
