Had issues at checkout. Reserved 3 rooms had a issue with one that required the front desk and maintenance, problem took longer then expected to be resolved. Did get a reply giving a small amount of compensation. Then I replied saying the amount was not what they said, also payed 30 for parking to get out. And here 5 days later and still no reply. Restaurant staff are amazing. Would recommend restaurant for sure. Would not stay at Hotel again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was a bit noisy in the hallway early evening but by midnight we don’t hear anything. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking,it was a bit inconvenient.The parkade was a 2-3 min drive fr.the hotel. But overall it was a good stay. We loved the convenience of this hotel so close to the harbour front where we enjoyed the Buskers performing

The location of the hotel is excellent for being able to walk to local restaurants and attractions. They do not have on site parking but a city parking garage is not far away.

Our stay was not good. We came around 6 pm to find out that the room was not even ready to go (when check in is 3pm!!) We get into the room and there was a HORRENDOUS smell in the room. I asked a worker and she came in and the window was open so she couldn't smell it. It was absolutely off the charts a bad smell. Went down to the pool (which was very cloudy) and came up and boom, our keycard locked us out of our room, Had to stand in soaked clothes and wait for another key. To state once again, the room was very outdated and the smell RUINED the entire experience on its own.

Centrally located hotel on the waterfront. Accessible to shops, restaurants and lots of sights in the harbour. Tempo which is the restaurant connect to the hotel is excellent. There is no direct parking at the hotel and the parking is across the street not all that easy to get to.

This hotel is in a great location...not far from the wharf and lots of great stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside is the parking is about a block away. You can park in front to load and unload but then you have to park at the end of the block in a parkade. Make sure to park on the 1st floor near the entrance of the parkade to make it quick and easy to get to your car.

Parking is offsite and a bit of a walk through the mall and across the walkway, but there is space right in front of the hotel for loading/unloading and if you can find space near the entry of the parking garage it's not bad at all. By far the most reasonably priced hotel near the waterfront and close to transit. This is the second time I've stayed here and it's my go-to hotel when I'm in Halifax. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and very walkable to everything you want to do.

This hotel looks great in the lobby, the rooms looked likeit had not been cleaned in years. The bed sheets had hair and dirt on it. The bathroom had the previous persons shaving hair all over the bathroom. Sink, floor, shower and even the door. The maid must gave skipped cleaning that room. I can not recoment this hotel for these reasons.
