The best service was from all bell staff and doorman staff. They were courteous, polite and efficient. The front desk staff lacked promptness in acknowledging waiting guests. Some appeared more engaged with other staff.

Lovely mini vacation in the city!

Overall we had a nice stay at this hotel. The service was friendly from start to finish. Every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and offered any help we needed. Shout out the the guest services staff who gave us creamers for our coffee while we were on our way out. I also like the amenities, especially the gym and outside patio with hot tub. I like that towels were stocked inside the gym as well as the outside patio area and we had the option of using a robe that was provided. The location is great, only a quick walk to the boardwalk, citadel hill and all the restaurants. Bonus is that the liquor store is just steps away from the hotel. The only cons from our stay was that our toilet was not flushing properly the first night so maintenance had to come to get it working again. One of the wall lights was also not working. Upon check out we were almost charged for valet service even though we had no car. This issue was quickly sorted out. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great location and Service

Hotel was nice. Service was great. Our room had some wear and tear. The TV didn’t work (wasn’t too concerned as we didn’t have time to watch tv much) black out curtains were broken and out of the tracks and the one cabinet that houses the coffee machine, the door was broken as were the lights for when you open it. The parking can be confusing as well. I had to drive around the block twice to figure it out.

Exceeded expectations

Really enjoyed our stay at Sutton Place. Conveniently located between Citadel Hill, the Harbour, and many restaurants and pubs. We were traveling with our son and received an upgrade option to a more spacious room at a reasonable cost. Which he appreciated after traveling with his parents for over two weeks. Great hotel with helpful staff.
