The living room opens onto a quiet balcony, ideal for relaxation. The kitchen boasts a unique dining table that accommodates everyone. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-zone cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and of course, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Naturally, there is also plenty of dishware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The brand-new bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower function. In the small storage room next to the entrance, you’ll find a washer-dryer, as well as a mop and vacuum cleaner for your convenience. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be accessed via the staircase or by elevator. Entry to the apartment is through a smart lock system.
