Great hotel; awesome location, very modern, awful check in process. It’s all manual and absolutely not necessary. The girls in the office are great and will help but it’s a silly system especially after a long day of travel. Pack your patience.

Very nice location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room with high quality items. The only issue was nobody informed us about self check in. Also the front door has issue to open with our room key which we resolved it with front desk after 3 days.

The self check in went easy enough although had already done most of it online. Room was great with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Probably only thing that could have been better was the cleaning on the 3rd day which was fairy pointless other then changed towels. We ended up with nothing to wash up with as the cleaner took it!

Good location. Near to public transport, cafes and restaurants. There is also a well stocked Rewe supermarket nearly. The bells sounding from St Michael's church can be a little annoying in terms of noise. Large, will presented room that was well furnished and supplied with crockery, cutlery etc. The room had a good sized fridge, a microwave/grill, electric stove top, a kettle, Nespresso machine, and a toaster. Larger mugs for tea would have been helpful. There were only really two items that fell short. The bed was on the firm side for my preference and all the pillows were saggy. The check in/check out process was reasonably straightforward although you do need to remember your booking reference number to make things a little easier. I would would happily stay there again.

This Clipper Boarding House in Hamburg is a great location near dining options, we loved the room(s) and multiple bathrooms. It was so pretty. Clean, and upgraded. It was walkable from the metro.

Overall a really great hotel. There are only minor things like teabags,one dishwasher tablets more and ensure that the electric carparks only used by electric cars. Highly recommended for a weekend or business trip to Hamburg. We will come back

Check in was a bit burdensome, as it was automated and required documentation, such as passport. A tired traveler making their own keys and not being able to request special services or upgrades made this stay uncomfortable. I will not return.

Check in was fine but the room was not so clean and even after they came to clean the room it was still dirty the floors were so dirty you had to dust off your feet before getting into bed everytime! And pretty sure we had some dust mites bites on us
