Check in was easy - hotel is large so it was a bit of a walk to our room, but the room was clean and comfortable-perfect temperature. I did have to ask the front desk for a hairdryer, but they were super accommodating and they delivered one to my room within a few minutes. The pool and hot tub area was clean and inviting. I was here with my seven year old daughter for a dance competition and she was very comfortable and happy with our entire stay. Breakfast was included and that is a big bonus when you are rushing in the morning. The young man at the front desk was super nice and very friendly and very welcoming. I would hire him to represent my business in a heartbeat.

Staff were friendly and good service. Love the pool area. Breakfast was great. Stayed there about two years ago and loved it so decided to go back. We had a celebration of life in London and the best price was there. We probably will go back again.

Well, I've tried talking to them reasonably but they refuse to have any productive conversation with me regarding the fact that the room with two queens that I recevied from them definitely had two double sized beds. They only responded to tell me I was wrong, which I was not, and then ignored me further. I got he larger beds due to chronic pain from a spine injury and am well aware of the measurements of a double vs a queen sized bed. I also paid a premium price to get the larger beds and it's pretty disheartening to not get that and then be dismissed when it's brought up as well. I will not ever be staying at this particular hotel again. I travel quite often and have never had this happen before. Good things: The Walter/Wayne Gretzy photos and areas. Didn't try the pool. The breakfast was good if you got the eggs- my company got the different options and did not have the same experience.

Bed was bowed in the middle which made for a difficult sleep and the poor waitress at the restuarant was the only server hosting a speed dating event and the other side of the bar. We left to go elsewhere. Otherwise, Was a good experience.

I got an early checkin which was great because I was attending a funeral. The room was good except for the fact that the bathroom was quite small. The main drawback was that the restaurant wasn't open the night I stayed there and there was no advance notice about this.

The pool was very nice and the room was nice and the staff were nice. My only complaints would be that on the breakfast card it showed bacon on it but there was no bacon either day we stayed there and also the TV the sound kept cutting out. Tried multiple channels and same thing happened on all of them. Overall a nice stay though and my son says he wants to come back to enjoy your pool.

Was amazing place very clean and everyone was very friendly. Only issue we had was woke up to being wet from the roof leaking. I told the front desk and they didn't offer and discount or anything. Would stay again except for my clothes and myself getting wet.

Good bang for your buck in Brantford.

Location is great for those driving, not great of you are relying on taxis. A little out of the way. Hotel is clean and well appointed, but dated. Restaurant has a great menu…the included breakfast is basic…we went with the menu and we were quite happy to pay for the choices….gym had a good working treadmill, and the staff were accommodating. Not our first time, and probably we will be be back when next in Brantford.
