The heater was incredibly loud. Couldnt hear anything but the loud loud fan. The keys did not work. Had to have staff fix it everytime i left the room. Free Breakfast was cereal but no milk. There were no bagels or muffins no fresh fruit and the hot scrambled eggs bacon etc was empty by 730 am. Nothing was refilled in the hour i waited.

It’s a wonderful hotel. Customer service is amazing. The rooms are clean. They’re comfy. It’s quiet and it’s very central. Lots of options around you for dining.

To be honest, I thought I was booking at another property so when we arrived my kids were disappointed from the get go. No elevator in the building. No key card access from back entry points. The furnace kept turning off and on every 30 seconds so we shut it off and 3 of us slept in one double bed to avoid freezing all night. The shampoo container in the shower was filled with a body wash bottle. The continental breakfast was sad at best. No meat in the mornings. On our last morning there, we went to get yogurt from the mini fridge and it’s best before was 9 days prior to the date on the package. The only positive was that it wasn’t busy so it was nice and quiet at night for everyone to get to sleep easily.

A basic property that is good for a night to rest your head. Staff at check in were warm and welcoming. As were all the other staff that I came in contact with. The breakfast was very basic the unfortunate part was the bread that was left in the bag without tongs for it to be handled. Very unhygienic as people were putting their hands into the bags to take slices out. Luckily there are breakfast options not far away. Rooms was clean and bed comfortable. The refrigerator was a good size and actually kept things cold. I find this a rarity these days. If you need hair conditioner be sure to bring it with you as only shampoo and body wash were available. The price reflects the quality of the stay and I am more than fine with that. Be aware that if you are a light sleeper the walls are thin and the banging doors get very loud. Communal spaces were clean. Most importantly I felt safe at this location.
