Same terrible breakfasts options, every single days same eggs with hams each trays, no writings. I have never seen this type of worst conditions at any Hampton Inn hotels I stayed previously. After first day, informed their management, but no changes during my four days stay there. Breakfast staffs were not helpful, keep saying we are sorry. But still did not improve breakfast items or conditions there. I will make sure our office is not recommending this brand to anyone in future.

They upgraded my room, they checked in via text to ask how things were, they offered me a water bottle for the road. The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast including hot and cold items including enough for a gluten intolerant person. The La Luna Lebanese restaurant across the street has delicious, healthy foods with big portions. Marie-Claire suggested GF options and they were very accomodating. For 34.99 I had enough leftovers for 2 other meals.

Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a great heated pool. However, there are only two elevators, and one was frequently out of service, which led to long wait times

The room size was large. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. At check in, the hotel reception did not properly inform me of the parking rate when I inquired about it. She charged my card and neglected to inform me of the incidental charge until I questioned it. The room faced a dirty construction site with a towering building. The bed comforter, top and bottom bed sheet were stained with a plate sized yellow stain which I hope it was coffee. I did not see it until the next morning. The bed had clearly not been changed. When I called the front desk to inform them of bed sheets and it appears they hung up the call. I am very unhappy with that hotel. I would never stay there again.

We stayed on the top floor (12?) in an accessible room. It was spotless and very big. The bathroom was the size of my apartment. The king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
