I stay at this location often for its location. Staff are nice but hotel is aging and rooms need more work. Some renovations have been done but bathrooms are in need of work. Mold in shower, broken faucet handles, hanging exhaust cover. Worst of all I didn’t have hot water for two days. No compensation offered - very disappointing. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

There was a furnace issue on the bottom floor which didn’t warm up the room enough. Staff was working on fixing it though. Other than that it was a great experience

Great location, should do better otherwise

No closet or place to hang anything. No counter space in bathroom. Back window of car smashed in overnight, all front desk did was give us the phone number of the police. Note: no one took a report or record of this incident, I think standard hotel policy should include making record of criminal activity on their premises. Restaurant was wonderful including food, view and especially staff!

The room was newly painted but poorly done. Uneven drywall with visible dry wall tape exposed. Paint splatters on the curtains , and light fixtures. Screws exposed on the wall where something was hung at some point. Bathroom , beds and room were clean. Hallways dated. Front lobby was nice. Staff seemed nice. There was a strong smell of “skunk” at times. Likely from another room. Footsteps heard from room above . Not a good experience.

The property is nicely updated with clean comfortable rooms. The rooms could really use closets or wardrobes to be able to hang coats, etc. The TV function is confusing and the reception on most channels is poor.
