Room 504 is designed for accessibility. The shower - meant to be walk in - is not designed quite right - maybe the curtain should go all the way to the ground. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaked when I arrived - and not 100% sure but there was something that looked like mold (white powdery) so it has been wet for a while. I would have complained but I checked in very late and just wanted to sleep. The bathroom sink is clogged - it drain extremely slowly. The door does not lock with the deadbolt. The deadbolt hole is about 1/4” out of alignment!!! It’s not even close. They positioned the head of the bed so that it aligns with the door so the light of the hallway shines right in your eyes when facing towards the door - very bright - had to put a towel there to block. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable- thankfully. I attempted to complain to the front desk upon checkout but there was only a big sign saying out your keys in this box. I waited a bit … no bell to ring for service - I suspect there is a camera - but not at all welcoming or secure for that matter. I have pictures - but this review option does not have this option. I will likely not come back.

Never again!!!!!

Will never stay at this hotel again. Kids running up and down main hallway ( No staff at front desk available ) When bringing up matter to front desk on checkout , told "we are family friendly , so its expected Dogs in gym -when matter brought to staff when checking out , told "we are pet friendly" , so I assume I have to deal with it. Front desk staff seem to stay behind closed doors in their office since they aren't out front to greet people ( guess thats their way of not dealing with complaints or issues ) We had stayed at Sandmans suites out west and their staff and facilities were excellent Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!!!!!

My first room the air conditioner didn’t work so they moved me to another room and the tv didn’t work in the second room so Jerry moved me to a third room.Jerry checked each problem out personally.He ran the front desk and took 50% off of 1 of my 2 rooms. He was very nice because I didn’t ask for a discount

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great overall, and I especially appreciated the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the chlorine level seemed a bit high, which made it less relaxing than expected. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I’ve stayed at many Sandman branches, but this experience has been unacceptable. I booked for 2 nights and had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness issues. When I asked for another change or proper cleaning, staff argued instead of helping. This is not acceptable service.
