Gather used towels and store extra beds

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout: 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late departure: $50 for first 30 min, +$100 for next hour. After 1:00 PM, full nightly rate applies. Please request early if needed!
Gather used towels & place in bathroom/laundry area. Load dirty dishes into dishwasher or wash them. Take out trash/recycling to designated bins.
Any damage found by guests during stay, missing items, or issues caused by guest(s) will result in full charges to the guest. Guests are fully responsible and liable for all damages or losses.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Once it is fully finished it will be quite remarkable. The host was so very accommodating, it was amazing. The main living area was beautiful and very spacious. How definitely stay again!
