We didn't get the code to our cottage until 4pm day of when we visited the office, rather than pre trip. No kitchen towels at all inside. Thankful to have brought paper towel to use. Good matresses, beds, location very calming, and shower pressure was fantastic. Would stay again now that we are more aware.

Amenities and other

The cabin was updated and okay. However, there were not enough towels for four adults, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and only one dish towel to wipe the dishes. Also, it would have been nice to have a toaster, and electric kettle that worked properly. Please update your amenities. The boat launch area is in need of repair, it was in poor condition and it was difficult to launch our boat.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Host was completely unresponsive the few days before booking, even up until check in time he could not be reached. Never was able to get info on how to check in and eventually had to get a refund as Vrbo couldn’t even get in touch with the host. Extremely disappointing first experience using vrbo
