We had a nice room with a very nice view of the ocean and morning sunrise. The room was adequate, nothing fancy, but clean and well put together. The check in process was super easy with a phone call since the front office was closed upon our arrival.

Great historic place to stay with a few of the challenges. Nice, clean rooms. Best view is on the third floor but to get it means carrying your luggage up a lot of steps. No food in the immediate area, but about 1.5 miles away.

Nice place room is kinda small but there’s a roomy outside deck. View of the ocean is great. Fun bar with live music called Surf Shack also on the property. One minor critique is the Wi-Fi was weak.

This property is amazing. It is renovated, cozy and clean with ocean views. We arrived on Friday night, there was live music playing in the backyard, firepit going, and good drinks at the bar. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Also super easy check in and checkout was a bonus.

Kym in the office was so friendly and helpful in getting us situated when we had an issue with our keypad entrance. Hotel is charming, and our room was clean and super cute. Easy, scenic drive into Portsmouth. Lots of Oceanside walking. Highly recommend.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a nice view, right across the street from the ocean. It was just me, so the room with the Full Size bed was perfect and very comfortable. The amenities in the room were very nice and top quality. I am a light sleeper & it was fairly quiet, though my room was right by the ice machine & so would probably get another room next visit. A comment, not complaint...would have liked a little earlier check in time, even an hour earlier than 4:00. Definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.
