Excellent, love it

Clean spacious room with full kitchen and 30 second walk to the beach. Friendly and courteous staff and easy free parking. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, movie night on the beach. Located on a quiet side street so the best of both worlds. We slept with the windows wide open and it was quiet. Definitely returning with my family and recommending it.

This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again.

Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a great long weekend. We stayed in the penthouse and it was super clean and convenient. There was a full kitchen which was clean and had everything you needed to cook meals or reheat food. If you have issues with climbing stairs, I wouldn’t stay in the penthouse or on the third floor because there is no elevator, but that was fine for us. The parking is right next-door and that was also very convenient and always open for us to get a spot I highly recommend staying at Ocean air suites.

This place was very clean and the woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect! Parking situation not too terrific. We went out to dinner and came back and there were no spaces left for us.

Great stay!

Stayed in the Penthouse and it was great. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better for the kids, 2 minutes to the heart of the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This has been out best stay in Hampton Beach and one of the best 0laces we have stayed anywhere. The staff were great andthe owner was extremely welcoming. We plan to make Ocean Air Suites our only place to stay when were in town.
